Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) is an educational organization. We offer an academic learning environment integrated with behavior support services for students diagnosed with emotional/behavioral disorders to empower the students in overcoming challenges and creating new stories in their lives.
We currently have an opening for a full-time, year-round, Administrative Coordinator.

JOB GOAL
Provide essential administrative support to the school office, ensuring efficient operations, accurate data management, and effective communication to foster a supportive environment for students, staff, and families. In this role, you will assist in managing daily office duties, student records, and program coordination using tools like PowerSchool Essentials, contributing to the overall success and holistic growth of the school community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage student enrollment, attendance, and records in PowerSchool Essentials, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
- Handle office communications, such as answering phones, emails, and greeting visitors.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, events, and staff activities.
- Assist with clerical duties like filing, ordering supplies, and preparing documents.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing forms.
- Provide general administrative support to school leadership and teachers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and confidentiality of student information.
- Collaborate with educators, office coordinators, and external partners to support the integration of educational services.
- Facilitate basic staff training logistics and assist in preparing reports on program activities.
- Promote a supportive and inclusive organizational culture that emphasizes student success and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Central Administration Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in administration, education, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an educational or school setting.
- Valid PA Driver's License.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with administrative software (PowerSchool experience a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
