Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to join our behavioral health team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, including diagnostic evaluations to determine level of care needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, individual, and group notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on case management, discharge planning, and coordination of services.

Experience

• SUDP/SUDPT License with Washington State
• Prior experience working in inpatient or outpatient settings specializing in behavioral health.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), medical documentation standards, and ASAM placement criteria.
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations for substance use disorders using standardized tools.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to client privacy and confidentiality in medical records management.
• Ability to perform assessments effectively, including individual and group counseling, across diverse populations.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
