Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Working hours: 7:30am-3:30pm
- Answer, screen, and forward all incoming calls.
- Greet, screen and announce all incoming visitors.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests for information or service over the phone, email, and in-person.
- Receive, sort, and distribute all mail.
- Process all outgoing mail and packages; arrange for pickup of courier delivers as requested.
- Manage the unpack of all deliveries.
- Receive incoming binders and materials from Clinical Supervisor.
- Help with gathering and distributing all material requests.
- Assist with tracking of outgoing client materials.
- Ensure office common areas, conference rooms, kitchen/lunchroom are clean and orderly.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience of front desk or customer service. (preferred)
- Hands-on and advanced knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in the healthcare field is a plus.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff, employees, and public.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and insurance terminology is a plus.
- Advance knowledge of computers and systems, experience with Apple products is a plus.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Accurate worker with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Spanish speaking individual a plus.
