At BFS we provide applied behavior analysis by highly trained and skilled staff such as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
Mission
The mission of the Behavior Analyst is to supervise competent therapists that uphold regulatory standards applicable to behavior analysis in an ethical manner and to meets the needs of their client(s) in the community.
Your Role
- Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments when needed
- Updates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
- Observes the therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) once per week
- Provides praise or corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary) if the programs are being implemented incorrectly once per week
- Discusses the clients progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with
- the caregiver that are related to the program objectives once per week
- Trains parents once per month
- Completes therapist evaluation weekly
- Submits reports (e.g., reauthorization and monthly reports) on time
- Completes daily progress notes
- Complete projects and other work assignments
- Attends monthly meeting with BFS administrative staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings?
- Attend and participate in team meetings where ideas, success stories, and recent research topics are presented for discussion and use in treatment?
- Coordination of care with PCP, Specialists, Other Therapists and Schools?

Requirements:
- Licensed as Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst.
- Master's degree in psychology, education or applied behavior analysis.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Agency.
- Must possess a high level of integrity.
- MUST BE LICENSED
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus?
