Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
- Support skill acquisition in communication, social interaction, and daily living
- Implement behavior reduction strategies as directed
- Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all sessions
Required:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience in ABA therapy or early intervention
- Clinic-based services in Silver Spring
- In-home services in Maryland and Washington, DC
- School-based placements based on availability

Salary : $26 - $30
