Opportunity for Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services in both home and school settings in the DC Metro Area. This role involves direct client support, collaboration with families and educators, and leadership responsibilities within our behavioral team.
Leads will conduct regularly scheduled visits to provide support and guidance to RBTs in both settings, including regular pop-in sessions to offer hands-on assistance and supervision. This position is approximately 50% clinical and 50% administrative in focus.
Pay Range: $56,000-$61,000 annual salary

Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:
Train and mentor Junior RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
Prepares materials and coordinates pre-work for the week prior to delivery
Leads school group activities and schedules home-based program activities
Conducts initial home visits and follow-up monthly visits to home clients to support and provide direction to RBTs
Creates targets for learning trees
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
Creates reports for RBT performance.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule:
Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available: 10 hours/week minimum
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
Active RBT certification required
Minimum 2 years' experience as an RBT
Currently enrolled in a BCBA program and has completed at least one semester of classes with 3.0 GPA
Ability to pass background check.
Reliable transportation, vehicle and valid license/insurance.
Documented proficiency in ABA implementation.
