We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through data-driven strategies, compassionate patient care, and collaboration with families, educators, and healthcare professionals. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral therapy techniques
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency in treatment approaches
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient care planning
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavioral therapy methods
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform treatment decisions
- Ability to perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance
