We are a GROWING COMPANY: Behavioral Care Solutions is the largest psychiatric and psycho-social services provider in long-term care in the Mid-West, supporting 600 long-term care facilities in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana...and expanding.
We are seeking FULLY licensed Psychologists who specializes, or have interest in, long term, geriatric behavioral health.
Locations: Battle Creek, MI
Full-Time, Part-Time or Contractual
We offer the Clinical Psychologist:
- Week day, DAY time position: M-F

- No evenings, weekends or on-call

Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct psychological services through the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of geriatric patients at various facilities.
- Does include psychological therapy.
- See 10 - 15 patients per full service day.
- Neuro-psychological and Psychological testing – administration, scoring and report writing.
- Collaboration with multiple disciplines and assure continuity of care.
- Knowledge of Medicare standards and documentation.
Qualifications of the Psychologist:
- Psy.D./Ph.D. from an accredited University plus experience.
- Must have Valid FULL state license. Medicare approved status.
- Demonstrated skills in communication with patients, families and staff.
The Following is a Plus:
- 1 year experience providing mental health services to the geriatric population.
- Experience with Medicare guidelines, standards of care and documentation.
