Outpatient Therapist

This is a contract, on-site role for an Outpatient Therapist located in Doral, FL. The Outpatient Therapist will provide therapy and support services to individuals, families, children, and adolescents dealing with mental health concerns. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, and providing case management services. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and adherence to ethical and professional standards are key aspects of this role.

• Strong skills in Treatment Planning and managing client-specific therapeutic goals
• Background and experience in Social Work and Case Management
• Expertise in Family Therapy and an understanding of family dynamics
• Knowledge and application of principles in Psychology
• Ability to provide compassionate care, build rapport with clients, and maintain client confidentiality
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensure or registration as a therapist or intern in the state of Florida
• Familiarity with diverse populations and cultural competence
• Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
• Fluency in English required; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
