What You’ll Do

Oversee and implement individualized ABA programs

Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
-
Support families through consistent collaboration
-
Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity

Participate in team meetings and clinical reviews
What We’re Looking For
-
Enrolled in or completed a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
-
1–2 years of ABA or clinical supervision experience
-
Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
-
Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
-
RBT certification preferred
-
Must have CPR/First Aid, DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, and required immunizations (Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B/Tdap – declination acceptable, TB clearance within 3 months)
