Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy
Locations: Richmond
Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

Pay Incentives Starting Now!
We’re excited to recognize your hard work and flexibility with increased pay opportunities:
- $21/hour during training
- $25–$28/hour No experience needed
Bonus:
Effective November 16th
Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday):
➤ $10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.
Effective December 1st
Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later:
➤ $5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.
