Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities...

  • Possess solid knowledge of the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Understand the cognitive, educational, social, and vocational challenges experienced by the clients we serve
  • Ability to use behavior-analytic principles with our clients to increase socialization, play, and language skills while minimizing or eliminating challenging behaviors
  • Able to develop, review, and update individualized treatment goals based on each client and family’s needs
  • Can communicate effectively with and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including staff, families, and community members
  • Can conduct initial functional assessment, behavior plan development, and caregiver training
  • Ability to comfortably support BTs and coach them on technical and soft skills as needed

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field is required
  • PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required
  • 1-2 years of supervisory ABA experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania background clearances
  • Reliable transportation for community-based services

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for company operating hours
  • No weekends or nights
