Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities...
- Possess solid knowledge of the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Understand the cognitive, educational, social, and vocational challenges experienced by the clients we serve
- Ability to use behavior-analytic principles with our clients to increase socialization, play, and language skills while minimizing or eliminating challenging behaviors
- Able to develop, review, and update individualized treatment goals based on each client and family’s needs
- Can communicate effectively with and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including staff, families, and community members
- Can conduct initial functional assessment, behavior plan development, and caregiver training
- Ability to comfortably support BTs and coach them on technical and soft skills as needed
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field is required
- PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required
- 1-2 years of supervisory ABA experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania background clearances
- Reliable transportation for community-based services
Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for company operating hours
- No weekends or nights
