Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Great BCBA Opportunity - We are seeking a BCBA in Bergen County, New Jersey, to provide contract behavior consultation 3-4 days per week, to support students in a public school district. Specifically, this role includes providing BCBA consultation support to staff on behalf of students with autism, educational, behavioral, social, emotional, and other developmental delays. This position is anticipated to occur from September 2026 through June 2027.
The successful candidate must have an active BCBA certification and their NJ License as a behavior analyst (or license pending), including experience providing consultation and professional development in-person within schools, completing FBAs and Behavior Plans; providing staff training, modeling strategies, collecting and analyzing data, and using Excel Spreadsheets. The individual must have experience participating in IEP meetings, be flexible to work with colleagues as part of a team, promote programming in the least restrictive environment, be extremely responsible, and have strong report writing skills. Experience required with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS. Experience preferred with social emotional learning and social skills training.

Compensation
