What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs)
- Teach clients appropriate skills using modeling, recorded resource material, various counseling techniques and reinforcement.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistency and progress
- Monitor and document behavior patterns, evaluate progress, and adjust plans as needed
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral techniques
Applicants must have a master’s degree in one of the following areas:
- Clinical Psychology
- School Psychology
- Counseling
- Social Work
- Special Education
- Behavior Analysis
- Other applied health service areas
