Position Summary
We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our close-knit Memphis-area team.
As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in leading treatment programs, supervising RBTs, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact while being supported by a team that values your expertise.
This role also comes with a major opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director position as we continue expanding across the region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven program adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance program development and staff training.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
- Reliable transportation and professional demeanor.
Compensation & Benefits
