BCBA - Clinical Manager (Hybrid)

Our BCBAs have regular access to high-quality, in-house continuing education opportunities that align with BACB standards, helping you stay sharp, confident, and continually developing your professional careers.Pay:Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearOpportunities for up to $120,000.00 per year with bonus incentivePay is negotiableBehavior One Autism Solutions has the following hours of operation for clinical services:Mondays-Sundays 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee's availability)This positionwillalso includeQuality Assurance(QA)tomaintainthe quality of ourservices andstaff workingwithin Los Angeles County.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs)Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilitiesEnsures integrity of program implementationMonitors effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as neededAnalyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of dataDevelops the behavioral/clinical skill sets and clinical decision-making skills for a team of behavior techniciansProvides individualized client-centered parent trainingFacilitate clinical team meetings (CTMs)Participates actively in professional growth opportunities such as staff trainings and supervisionModel appropriate behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregiversCheck in with caregivers about client behavior/progressEngage in active listening and positive interaction with clients and caregiversProvide supervision and support to behavior technicians and case supervisorsGenerate and complete progress reportsConduct initial behavioral assessmentsUse assessment tools (i.e., Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, etc.) to assess progressDepending on their tentative caseloads, potential locations of operation for BCBAs may be within a 15-25 mile radius from the listing locationMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)A minimum of a masters degree in a related field is requiredMust be a current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Have previous clinical experience as an autism service provider in home or in a school setting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABAPrior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staffSkillsStrong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skillsSelf-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctualityExcellent written and verbal communicationExcellent time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent team player attitude and customer service orientationWeare committed to ensuring all levels of staff are supported and motivated to deliver superior services. All levels of staff directly inspire our agencys vision.The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism, ADHD and Mild Intellectual disabilities.BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the clients caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan.
