Role and Responsibilities:
• Restock restroom supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.
• Clean and sanitize clinic spaces including classrooms, bathrooms, and hallways
• Collect and dispose of trash from all areas of the facility
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior walkways and building entrances
• Ensure all restrooms are operational and address basic maintenance needs (training provided)
• Perform routine checks and upkeep of cleaning equipment such as vacuums (training provided)
• Organize and maintain all janitorial and maintenance storage areas
• Keep a detailed inventory of supplies and notify the Office Manager when reordering is necessary
• Report directly to the Facilities Director
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in facility or janitorial maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage physical space effectively
- Reliable and punctual, with flexibility for emergency response as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Responsive to the needs of the clinic and staff, with good communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and completing assignments promptly

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour
