Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Implement individualized programs across communication, social, academic, and adaptive skill development
- Support clients in a variety of settings, including clinic, school readiness, and community-based environments
- Collect and graph data based on treatment plans designed by BCBAs
- Maintain knowledge of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) when applicable
- Utilize proactive teaching strategies as well as de-escalation techniques when needed
- Uphold BACB ethical guidelines and professional boundaries
- Safeguard PHI in accordance with HIPAA/FERPA/DFPS
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support client progress and team culture
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age with a HS Diploma or equivalent

- Enjoy working in fast-paced environments with strong adaptability skills
- Have the ability to remain calm and neutral when implementing de-escalation strategies

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Experience with children, teens, or adults in educational, clinical, or caregiving settings
- Interest in areas of early intervention, school-based services, or adult skill development
Pay range and compensation package
- Starting at $17.00 per hour, up to $25 (based on tier level)
- Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
- Full-time and Part-time Positions available

Physical Demands
Physical demands of clinical staff fall within a Medium Classification. This includes: exerting 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 lbs. of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work according to the Dictionary of Occupational Titles. Essential Physical Demands include, but are not limited to:
- Lift twenty (20) lbs.
- Move, lift, or transfer clients
- Stand for extended periods
- Bend, kneel, crouch, walk, and run
- Use fine motor skills and dexterity in both hands, grasping, and holding
