Behavior Matters LLC is a small, privately owned business with offices in Eagle River & Palmer, Alaska, Omaha, Nebraska, and Stockton & Vacaville, California. Established in 2010, our mission is to provide research-based ABA interventions for children with developmental delays in underserved areas. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site supervisor located in Eagle River, AK for a BCABA or BCBA. The role involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental disabilities and implementing behavioral intervention plans. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other BCBAs, Behavioral Technicians, and caregivers, tracking and assessing data and responding to evolving behaviors, all while adhering to HIPAA and company standards.
We are also seeking to add a BCBA/ BCABA to our team in Anchorage, AK, and Papillion, NE.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Graduate degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Certification as a BCABA/ BCBA
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly Autism.
- A strong communicator and problem-solver, capable of managing stressful and potentially emotional situations while remaining calm and professional.
- Willingness to collaborate with a team of providers to deliver the best care possible.
- A clear background check, CPR certification, and valid driver's license / reliable transportation
