A Day in the Life of a ABA Graduate Fellowship at Behavior Matter
At Behavior Matters, we believe the best BCBAs start supported and well-trained in an ABA Graduate Fellowship. If you're enrolled in a BACB-approved master’s program and working toward your supervision hours, our ABA Graduate Fellowship is designed to help you grow with guidance—not just log hours. We’re BCBA-owned and operated, which means we’ve walked this road before. You won’t be left to figure it out alone—we’ll mentor you every step of the way, with a clear path to becoming a confident, competent clinician.
Schedule & Setting:
- Monday–Friday, 9:15am–5:15pm
- No weekends, no late nights
- 100% clinic-based—your caseload is centralized, and your team is onsite
- We’ll work with your school schedule and hours required
Compensation & Perks:
- $29–$30/hour, based on experience and supervision progress
- Supervision included at no cost
- Guaranteed minimum hours for full-time team members

Requirements:
- Enrolled in or accepted to a BACB-aligned master’s program
- 500 accrued hours preferred (or starting soon)
- RBT certification or equivalent ABA experience
- CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain in 30 days)
- Background check required and great references
