What Youll Do (and Love Doing!)

• Be the guiding light for your clinical teams and clients
  
  
• Mentor and inspire RBTs and supervisors to bring out their A-game
  
  
• Create and update exciting programming, goals, and behavior plans tailored to each clients growth journey
  
  
• Write progress reports like a pro (and share the wins with the team!)
  
  
• Be a key voice in IEP meetings, team huddles, and family consultations
  
  
• Conduct assessments and FBAs with a sharp eye and a clinician's creativity
  
  
• Track behaviors and skill growth daily
  
  
• Work in a variety of environments: schools, group homes, community settings, and private homesno two days are ever the same!
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Masters degree BCBA certification (youre the expert!)
  
  
• Next-level organizational skills and time management superpowers
  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication (youre basically bilingual in data and people)
