Come work for an established, small, BCBA owned ABA clinic!What sets us apart:Providing high-quality ABA therapy is our number one priority.We believe client outcomes are best supported by a dedicated team of RBTs. Our RBTs are trained extensively on their clients and don’t work with clients outside of their caseload.All RBTs (and BCBAs) receive a 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute afternoon break each day.We implement a modified PFA/SBT model, focused on shaping functional communication and tolerance responses.All clients have a dedicated RBT-level supervisor, and back-up supervisor, to provide support to BCBAs, RBTs, and clients. RBT-level supervisors are only scheduled direct for fill-ins.
