Behavior Keys is a locally owned, women-owned ABA provider dedicated to helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities include:
✔ Implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
✔ Teaching communication, social, play, and adaptive living skills
✔ Providing one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting
✔ Collecting and recording behavioral data accurately
✔ Supporting behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
✔ Collaborating with BCBAs, caregivers, and other stakeholders
✔ Maintaining client safety and implementing approved de-escalation strategies when needed
✔ Participating in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
- Current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background screening requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage in active play and therapy activities with children
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to actively participate in play-based and structured therapy activities
- Ability to safely implement crisis prevention and safety procedures when necessary
