RLT/RBT – School & In‑Home Based ABA Technician (Cecilia/Breaux Bridge)

Part-Time: $17.00-$22.00

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Line Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services to one client across school and home settings. This is a part-time position with a consistent weekly schedule.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:45 AM–11:00 AM at school
• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM–5:30 PM in the client’s home

Approximately 12–13 hours per week, including paid time for required session documentation.

The technician will implement individualized ABA programming, collect accurate data, support skill development and behavior-reduction goals, complete required documentation, and communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA strategies and behavior‑support plans
• Support student during transitions, specials, recess, and lunch
• Collect behavior and skill‑acquisition data
• Follow school expectations and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with teachers and SPED staff
• Maintain confidentiality (FERPA/HIPAA)

Preferred Experience

• School‑based ABA experience
• Strong behavior‑support skills
• Ability to follow structured routines and fade prompts appropriately

Requirements

• Active RLT or RBT (or ability to obtain RLT quickly)
• Reliable transportation between Cecilia and Breaux Bridge
• Monday–Friday availability
• Professional communication skills
