programs, drive measurable progress, and empower staff to deliver top-tier services.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead behavior management programs with precision and compassion
- Supervise and mentor up to 15 staff members
- Ensure 90% contract fulfillment and high parent satisfaction
- Resolve issues swiftly and professionally
- Maintain airtight documentation and compliance
- Step in for direct services when needed to maximize impact
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 2 years supervisory experience
- BCBA preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Salary (based on experience & education:
Case Supervisor: $30.00 - $40.00/hr
BCBA: $60.00 - $70.00/hr
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
