Behavior Consultants is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our BC team to help serve clients at our clinic in Brighton and in the surrounding Brighton area. Candidate must be available M-F between 8:00am-11:30am at least four days per week and, M-F 3:00pm-6:30pm at least four days per week and must be available one Saturday per month for possible client sessions.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred but not necessary.
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Regular access to a computer with high speed internet
- Valid Michigan driver’s license and auto insurance
- Must have daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- Must be willing to travel to client location - (typically travel will not exceed more than 45 minutes from home office). You will be working at our Brighton clinic and in client homes. There is travel reimbursement .
Responsibilities:
- Engage clients in daily activities through implementation of an individualized, behavioral therapy program
- Follow set protocol developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Travel to and work in home, community and school settings
- Collect daily data, graph results and implement behavioral support developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Timely communication with other members of the team (phone, email and text)
- Participate in meetings when needed
Hours/Availability:
- Part-time position to start with possibility of moving to a full-time position.
- Candidate must be available M-F between 8:00am-11:30am at least four days per week and M-F 3:00pm-6:30pm at least four days per week.
- This position offers 20-30 hours per week.
