What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Technician or Registered Behavior Technician position at Behavior By Design, LLC?
Join our team and provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to clients with autism and other behavioral diagnoses within Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS). Learn to teach a variety of life skills and implement behavioral protocols. All staff are supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and will be provided guidance to obtain the respected Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials!

Other requirements include:
-Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
-Ability to participate in safe crisis management techniques which includes the use of physical interventions
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
