What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting.
- Teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, play, and daily living skills.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Use play-based strategies and positive reinforcement to promote learning.
- Collect and record data on each child’s progress.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
- Work toward obtaining your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (we provide support!).
What We’re Looking For
- Required: At least 1 year of experience working with children (school, daycare, camp, coaching, therapy, or similar).
- Preferred: 12 college credits, ideally in psychology, education, child development, or a related field.
- Passion for helping children and families.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to complete online and in-person training requirements.
- Must pass two background checks (online and FDLE fingerprinting).

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday (typical daytime hours)
- Some local travel may be required
