Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary

Behavior Builders ABA is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will oversee the assessment, development, and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs while providing clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position combines in-clinic, in home, and community-based services, allowing you to collaborate with fellow clinicians while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and their families.

Enjoy flexible scheduling with a billable hour requirement of only 100 billable hours per month. Productivity bonus available per hour worked over the money requirement.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), preference assessments, and other clinically appropriate evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on client needs, clinical observations, and data analysis.
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in home, clinic and community settings.
  • Conduct competency assessments, treatment integrity checks, and direct observations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyze treatment data and modify behavior intervention plans to maximize client progress.
  • Provide caregiver consultation and parent training to promote skill generalization across home, school, and community environments.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other interdisciplinary professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.
  • Complete clinical documentation, progress reports, treatment plans, insurance authorizations, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, HIPAA regulations, and company policies.
  • Support a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented clinical culture that prioritizes exceptional client outcomes.
  • Meet 100 billable hours per month

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Ability to provide services in both clinic and community settings.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Experience with assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Functional Analysis (FA), preference assessments, and early intervention programming.
  • Experience providing caregiver coaching and parent training.
  • Professional proficiency in English and at least one additional language is strongly preferred.
