What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Behavior Bridge Services?
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and be recognized as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Be licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
- A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record is required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to start working in a part time role, where needed, as we develop and grow your caseload.
- Deliver exceptional, consumer-focused, evidence-based treatment through ethical interactions.
- Complete initial evidence-based assessments and reassessments per deadline.
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers.
- Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.
- Review all session notes and data taken by BT's to monitor client progress and BT proficiency.
- Provide parent training.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.
- Supervise BT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB.
- Attend and complete mandatory trainings as directed by OHMSAS, agency and managed care providers
- Maintain confidentiality of all clients as well as following HIPAA laws
- Must be able to travel to client home, school or other settings to provide services.
- Conduct onsite assessments to identify ABA Therapists’ clinical competency and fidelity of treatment procedures.
Clearances, First/Aid CPR, and Mandated Reporter training will be required prior to start date.
