What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Hybrid) position at Behavior Blocks LLC?
We're seeking a BCBA to provide assessment, supervision, training, treatment modifications and progression for clinic based clients. The BCBA will be responsible for a high level of communication and coordination with the staff. This position is also responsible for managing their respective contracts and billable hours, which will also include submitting information for administrative components such as billing reports, clinical reports, etc.
This is an hourly based position that allows you flexibility to choose your own hours per initial agreement.
What we are looking for
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
- CT LBA state licensure will be required to obtain; reimbursement provided
- Active BCBA CT State Licensure is REQUIRED
- Must be a current resident within the state of Connecticut - REQUIRED
