POSITION:
Behavior Associates is dedicated to providing extensive supervision and direction for our RBTs and their clients. This position creates treatment plans and supervises RBTs to carry out those treatment plans to help clients be successful in everyday life.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Eligible for licensing in Kentucky
- Effective in Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Ethical Values
- Knowledge of a Variety of Assessment Tools
- Strong Organizational and Management Skills
