Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LCSW to provide behavioral health services within an adult residential/boarding home setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations
- Provide psychotherapy and supportive counseling services
- Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with facility staff and supervising providers
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Active New Jersey LCSW license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with behavioral health, geriatric, or residential populations preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
