Position Summary
We are seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to join our team in Brownsville. This role is vital in overseeing case management operations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and advocacy. The Case Manager Supervisor will play a crucial role in aligning our services with the mission of providing exceptional legal assistance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of pre-litigation and litigation teams.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Conduct team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and foster collaboration.
- Resolve internal conflicts and provide guidance to maintain a productive work environment.
- Monitor case progress to ensure timely movement through both pre-litigation and litigation phases.
- Assign cases and workloads appropriately, balancing team capacity and complexity of cases.
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee client communications to ensure a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Address escalated client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and refine department procedures to improve case outcomes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards for case handling.
- Monitor adherence to firm policies and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor team members on case management techniques, legal procedures, and firm systems.
- Identify areas for professional growth and provide resources for training and development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans as needed.
- Work closely with managing attorneys and firm leadership to align department activities with firm goals.
- Provide regular reports on case metrics, team performance, and department challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and marketing, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a legal setting, preferably in pre-litigation.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury cases and pre-litigation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
