Property: Begonia Place Apartments (74-unit property)
Location: 5570 Rosemead Blvd. Temple City, CA
Schedule: Part-Time (10–20 hours per week, flexible)
Pay: $17–$19 per hour commission ($100 per new move-in)
About Us: We manage a boutique luxury community in Temple City focused on excellence, service, and resident satisfaction. We're seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team and help provide exceptional leasing experiences to current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities
- Greet, tour, and follow up with prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner
- Process rental applications, verify documents, and prepare lease agreements
- Maintain listings on property websites and online platforms , Zillow, etc.)
- Assist with renewals, resident communication, and move-in coordination
- Support compliance and administrative record-keeping as needed
- Participate in marketing efforts, social media updates, and property events
- Conduct regular audits to ensure files and postings meet company standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer proficiency (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar systems preferred- Not required)
- Must be available Friday and Saturday, with flexibility on other weekdays
- Mandarin proficiency highly preferred (No experience needed)
- Previous leasing or real estate experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
Schedule
- (Required) Friday: Start time between 12:00 PM -2:00 PM - End time between 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- (Required) Saturday: Start time between 10:00 AM -1:00 PM - End time between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Monday-Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)
- 3 hour minimum per shift.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $17–$19 DOE
- Commissions: $100 per new move-in
Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
