ASSISTANT TEACHER
Beginnings Christian Day School is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our team. The Assistant Teacher works alongside Lead Teachers to provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
- Support children’s learning through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members
- Follow all licensing regulations, school policies, and health and safety procedures
- Model Christian values through daily interactions
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
- Commitment to supporting a Christ-centered educational environment

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
