Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site internship based in Atlanta, GA, for an Operations Intern. This internship is intended for students seeking school credit as part of an academic program, though we are especially interested in individuals who are passionate about building a career in the music industry and want hands-on experience beyond the classroom.
The intern will work directly alongside artists and management teams, supporting artist development initiatives, release rollouts, project planning, and music business strategy. Responsibilities may include assisting with campaign execution, coordinating release timelines, tracking project deliverables, conducting industry and market research, identifying partnership opportunities, supporting catalog and rights management efforts, and helping oversee the progression of artist-related projects from development through release.
As part of the internship, you will join a collaborative team working across multiple areas of the music industry. Interns will have exposure to artist management, marketing, branding, content strategy, music publishing, partnerships, and business development. Tasks and projects will be assigned based on company needs while also taking into account your individual strengths, interests, and career goals.
