What you’ll do
• Perform cycle counting throughout the year on a regular and consistent basis.
• Monitor and control inventory accuracy, research and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Conduct searches to locate misplaced or lost inventory.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for inventory discrepancies and recommend process improvements to eliminate them.
• Implement and maintain an electronic filing system of facts, discrepancies, and issues identified during the cycle count process in-order to maintain accurate records that can easily be retrieved.
• Report Discrepancies of Over/Under amounts. Publish weekly and monthly inventory accuracy metrics.
• Perform Location audits
• Maintain Inventory Accuracy of 97% or better
• Additional Duties as assigned

Position Profile
The Cycle Count Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. The coordinator will be in-charge of creating and maintaining inventory count sheets, audits, and in-depth reviews of any discrepancies. This position will also back-up the Stockroom Lead and work closely with all Supply Chain, Production and Finance positions
Knowledge & Experience
• Thorough knowledge of warehousing and cycle counting.
• 1-2 years on inventory/stockroom experience
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.repetitively throughout the shift.
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Ability to learn and apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory procedures and practices
• Strong time management
• Forklift Certified
• Detailed Oriented
• Team Player
