Beetle’s Plumbing Solutions – North Royalton, OH
We’re a growing, family-owned plumbing company looking for a dependable, people-focused Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This role is a key part of our daily operations and offers opportunity for growth as our company continues to expand.
Position Details:
- Part-time with potential for full-time
- In-person position only
- Must be available starting 7:30 AM
- Tuesdays & Thursdays required till May.
- Occasional Saturdays (phone travels with you; no office presence required)
- Must be flexible to work full-time hours when needed
What You’ll Do:
The Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers and a critical link between our office and field technicians. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones promptly and professionally
- Booking and dispatching service calls efficiently
- Supporting technicians throughout the day
- Communicating clearly with customers
- Ensuring every customer feels heard, cared for, and informed
- Light administrative support
