Job Overview

Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing Square POS.
- Assist with production of smoothies, bowls and food prep.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.
- Support sales initiatives by upselling menu items and promoting special offers when appropriate.
- Adhere to all food handling safety regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
