BeeRewarded is looking for experienced B2B Commissioned Phone Sales Representatives
Compensation Structure:
- Commissions per closed deal
- 2yr Recurring residuals on monthly service fees
- 2yr Recurring “uncapped” commissions for 2 yrs (this is your gold mine)
- Upsell opportunities
What you do:
Do what you do best!
Make calls and close deals…. That’s it! We take care of the rest!!!!
Once you get the “yes” sales support handles the details, onboarding and ongoing support.
What we do:
All Leads Provided!!!! (the last thing we want is our top reps spending their days foraging for leads)
Sales training, Sales Support, Scripts, Product training, CRM
Incentives, Contests, Spiffs, etc…
Direct access to the VP of Sales
Candidates “should”
Have 3 - 5 years sales experience and at least 2 years in a straight-commission environment
Have strong understanding of digital services, loyalty programs, and CRM experience.
* Digital marketing and/or payment processing experience is a bonus!
Candidates “must”
Be comfortable working independently and selling over the phone
Be great communicators and confident in their approach
Be comfortable speaking with business owners, VP’s, President’s and CEO’s
Be able to close!!!!!
