- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles with a focus on guest relations
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
