Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Use POS systems such as TOAST or Square POS to process orders, payments, and cash handling transactions smoothly.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations while demonstrating excellent time management skills during busy periods.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure the bar is fully stocked for service.
- Support catering events, banquets, by serving food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience with a focus on bartending .
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST or Square POS is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety and alcohol regulations.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate billing procedures.
- Background in catering, banquet service, or large-scale events is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality in fast-paced environments.
