Beer Capitol in Sussex, WI is now hiring for a Draft Sales Representative. The Draft Sales Representative is responsible for installing and repairing all components of drafts systems.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to draft service requests for the installation or repair of draft systems
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and solves draft system problems
- Designs, bids, installs, and invoices new and existing draft systems
- Communicates and updates status of service requests with sales representatives and sales managers
- Maintains inventory and manages draft hardware and equipment in a cost effective manner
- Ensures that all equipment and products are in good working condition
- Develops and maintains a full understanding of all draft systems and components and keeps current with product updates and new technology in draft systems and service
- Understands proper cleaning techniques for cleaning draft lines as well as how to replace any parts as needed
- Delivers, sets up, performs maintenance tasks and picks up draft equipment at events
- Maintain inventory and manage draft hardware and equipment in a cost effective manner
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as persuasion skills
- Strong knowledge of beer industry and its retail consumers is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical Aptitude
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
- One to two years previous experience in related field (distribution, hospitality, supplier or beverage industry)
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing draft systems and neon signage
- Draft Technician Certification preferred
- May need to work evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance is required
- Required to be at least 18 years of age
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 160 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to sit in a car for extended periods
- Must be able to crouch, reach and grasp for periods of time
