Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Shift Lead to oversee daily operations across the kitchen and front of house (FOH). This role requires hands-on leadership, strong operational oversight, and the ability to support teams during service. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English & Spanish) and capable of managing people, processes, and service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shifts across kitchen and FOH operations
- Ensure smooth service flow, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and attendance management
- Support inventory management, including ordering, stock counts, waste control, and supply organization
- Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Oversee cash handling, POS accuracy, and service procedures
- Train, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Enforce company policies and operational standards
- Communicate shift performance, staffing needs, and issues to management
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant kitchen and FOH operations
- Prior shift lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with scheduling, inventory control, and daily restaurant operations
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
