beem® Light Sauna North Andover is looking for a creative, outgoing Content & Social Media Coordinator to create engaging social content and help grow our local community.

This is a great opportunity for a college student or early-career marketer looking to build a real-world content portfolio while taking ownership of social media for a growing local wellness brand.

This is not a desk-based marketing role. You'll work regular shifts in our North Andover studio, getting to know our members, understanding our services, and capturing the people and stories that make beem unique.

You'll also be trained as a Wellness Sales Advisor, allowing you to be part of the member experience while identifying authentic opportunities for content.

What You'll Do

Content & Social Media

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and Stories
• Capture authentic photo and video content featuring members, team members, services, events, and local partnerships
• Film and edit short-form video using a smartphone and tools such as CapCut or Canva
• Create educational and entertaining content around infrared sauna, red light therapy, recovery, and wellness
• Manage regular posting across our local social channels
• Engage with comments, tags, shares, DMs, and relevant local accounts
• Build relationships with local gyms, wellness businesses, athletes, creators, and community partners
• Identify opportunities for collaborations and user-generated content
• Capture content at local events, partnerships, and pop-ups
• Track content performance and use those insights to improve what we create

In-Studio Member Experience & Sales

You'll work regular shifts as a Wellness Sales Advisor. Being part of the studio allows you to know our members and create content based on what's actually happening at beem.

• Welcome members and guests and provide a great studio experience
• Build relationships with members and learn about their wellness goals
• Educate guests about infrared sauna and red light therapy
• Help prospective members choose memberships and packages
• Support lead follow-up and sales
• Identify member stories and content opportunities
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, and genuinely likes connecting with people.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have experience creating social content through work, school, an organization, or your own social channels
• Understand Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and short-form video
• Are comfortable filming and editing content on your phone
• Are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
• Have a good eye for interesting, authentic content
• Are outgoing and enjoy meeting and talking with people
• Have an interest in wellness, fitness, recovery, beauty, or healthy living
• Are comfortable with sales and talking with prospective members
• Take initiative and can turn ideas into content without needing constant direction

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar content creation tools is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

We're not looking for someone to simply keep our social channels active. We want to build a recognizable local presence and a stronger community around beem.

Success will include consistent, engaging content; increased local reach and engagement; stronger relationships with local businesses and creators; greater member participation; and ultimately more people discovering and visiting the studio through social media.
