beem Light Sauna provides members with innovative infrared sauna experiences designed to support wellness, recovery, and relaxation. We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Kingwood team.
Position Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging new and existing members, promoting sauna memberships, and driving sales results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wellness, excels in customer interactions, and is motivated by commission.
Responsibilities
- Make 50 outbound calls daily to connect with leads, schedule visits, and close memberships.
- Conduct studio tours and explain membership options.
- Overcome objections and convert prospects into long-term members.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Handle front desk operations, scheduling, and retail transactions.
- Assist with marketing and community outreach initiatives.
- Work flexible hours, including required weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, membership sales, or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and close.
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by commission and performance goals.
- Comfortable making high-volume calls and working in a results-driven environment.
