In this role, you will engage with clients, promote Beem Light Sauna memberships and services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll play a key part in helping clients improve their health and well-being while supporting the daily operations of the studio.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet every client warmly and create a welcoming, upbeat environment
- Educate customers on Beem Light Sauna services, benefits, and membership options
- Drive sales by confidently promoting memberships, packages, and retail products
- Assist clients in selecting services and upsell enhancements to improve their experience
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the studio
- Accurately handle cash and point-of-sale transactions
- Support daily operations including inventory, restocking, and studio organization
- Answer client questions about wellness, recovery, and self-care routines
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sales ability with confidence in upselling memberships and services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for health and wellness
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and POS experience
- Knowledge of wellness, beauty, or fitness is a plus (training provided)
- Cosmetology or wellness background is a bonus, but not required
