The Wellness Sales Associate is a client-facing sales role responsible for driving memberships, creating an exceptional studio experience, and educating guests on the benefits of infrared sauna and red light therapy.
This position plays a key role in converting new visitors into long-term members while helping maintain the welcoming, elevated environment that beem® is known for.
Sales Associates are confident communicators who enjoy connecting with people, learning about wellness technology, and helping guests find solutions that support their physical and mental well-being.
All new hires begin with studio training shifts before transitioning fully into the sales role.
Sales & Member Growth
- Convert first-time guests into members through thoughtful consultations
- Educate clients on the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy
- Present memberships, intro offers, and packages with confidence
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and past guests through phone and text communication
- Support studio promotions, events, and community partnerships
Client Experience

Studio Attendant
Part-Time | beem® Light Sauna Fayetteville
The Studio Attendant supports the day-to-day operations of the studio by maintaining a clean, organized, and relaxing environment for guests.
This role ensures sauna suites are refreshed between sessions, towels and supplies are stocked, and the studio maintains the elevated standard that defines the beem® experience.
Studio Attendant shifts are also used as training shifts for team members learning the sales associate role.
Studio Environment
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the studio during operating hours
- Ensure reception area, sauna suites, restrooms, and common spaces remain guest-ready
- Support the overall flow of appointments by preparing rooms between sessions
Sauna Suite Reset
- Refresh sauna rooms between guest sessions
- Replace towels and sanitize surfaces
- Ensure suites are fully prepared for the next appointment
Laundry & Supplies
- Fold and organize towels
- Maintain laundry flow during busy shifts
- Restock amenities and supply areas
- Monitor towel quality and remove worn items from circulation
Studio Support
- Assist front desk team with studio upkeep during busy times
- Remove trash and recycling
- Maintain organized back-of-house spaces
