Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Paramus, NJ. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, delivering excellent customer service, managing schedules, and ensuring facilities run efficiently. Additional responsibilities include Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

. Own and consistently achieve studio sales targets across all revenue streams: memberships, packages, and retail

. Personally generate sales through in‑studio, phone, online, and event‑based selling

. Build, manage, and optimize the full sales funnel: lead capture, follow‑up, conversion, and retention

. Train, coach, and hold Wellness Sales Associates accountable to sales processes, scripts, KPIs, and closing standards

. Analyze sales performance metrics and implement data‑driven improvements

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and day-to-day operational tasks
• Problem-solving capabilities and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with wellness technologies and a passion for health and wellness is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., scheduling software and communication tools)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Experience in a management or leadership role in retail, wellness, or customer-focused industries is a plus
